Your notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the material claimed to be infringing and where it appears on the site, provide your contact information, include a statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law, and include a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

Counter-Notices

If material you submitted is removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was mistaken or the material was lawfully used, contact us at Wynter.Aurora@outlook.com. We may request the information required for a valid counter-notification before considering restoration.

Repeat Infringement

Where appropriate, Aurora may restrict or terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights.
